I have been lucky enough to live in Rutland for the past 8 years and I teach at Uppingham C of E Primary School. I joined the P&FA five years ago because I think it is a good way to show parental support for the school and the Committee needed new members to help with various fund raising events, including the launch of the Astroturf pitch. Both of my sons, Ben & Louis, enjoyed attending UCC between 2002 and 2009. They are now at University and in the Sixth Form.

Secretary and Treasurer - Paul Collins
I am a chartered accountant who has worked for the Daily Mail group for 23 years. I moved to Leicestershire from Kent 6 years ago but still retain a passion for Charlton Athletic (a small football club!). I have 3 children, one of whom is in year 9 with my other 2 (twins) joining in September 2010. I strongly believe in “community” and am glad to give of my time to raise funds for the benefit of both my children and every other parents children. Having fun whilst raising funds makes the whole experience very enjoyable, and I encourage all parents to get involved with the PAFA.
